Hotelier Dieter Oberhöller has relied on Hoval as a reliable partner for heating and cooling for 30 years. This was also the case in 2015, with the latest expansion of his hotel. While the new building is heated entirely with sustainable energy from the Hoval Thermalia dual R heat pump, the refurbished Hoval UltraGas gas boiler optimally covers the heating requirements of the old building as well as consumption peaks.

Minimising energy costs
Our guests expect hot running water at all times. If this is not the case for even a brief moment, the entire stay is seen in a negative light.
Refurbishment without disrupting hotel operations
During the six-month construction period of the new building, the Hoval Thermalia dual R heat pump based on geothermal energy was integrated in line with the conditions on site and the requirements of the hotel. To this end, 16 probes were installed at a depth of around 130 meters during the deep drilling. With two separate heat pump circuits, the heat pump offers a particularly high level of operational reliability while at the same time utilizing ecological environmental energy.
