Heating and cooling distributor standard design - planning solution for short delivery times

Standard design heating and cooling manifolds

Based on individual functional, performance and site-specific parameters, Hoval manufactures tailor-made, highly efficient systems for heat and cold transfer and distribution. The design and manufacture of building services equipment is generally a complex and therefore time-consuming process that requires a high degree of coordination between the client, designer, manufacturer and installer.

To simplify planning processes for system components such as heating and cooling manifolds and to reduce delivery times, Hoval develops systems in pre-configured standard designs.

Hoval TransShare Standard Design stands for speed, from planning right through to delivery. Our goal: a 3-week delivery time ex works!

The enquiry and ordering process for your standard-design heating and cooling manifold

Simple

The standard design is clearly defined. Nevertheless, the Basic, Comfort and Premium variants offer a wide range of design options for your efficient heat distribution system. ‘Standard design’ means a customised configuration of the distributor, with heating circuits in various versions featuring defined specifications, but dimensioned according to project requirements. Planning documents and tables contain all the necessary information. Please enter the key details of your system in the enquiry form. Based on this, we will clarify the technical details and prepare your quotation.

Perfect fit

In the standard design, the second step involves defining the dimensions of the heating and cooling manifold to suit your system. To ensure the manifold meets your requirements precisely, you decide on the number, type and standard design of the heating circuits, as well as the position of the feed-in. The dimensions can be estimated as soon as the layout has been determined. The design and manufacture are carried out in accordance with generally accepted engineering standards and are ISO 9001 certified.

*Quick

The defined selection and ordering process, including the relevant documentation and responsible parties, is tightly organised. Based on the standard design, orders are processed quickly – without the need for numerous queries or additional steps. We will dispatch the prefabricated modules, fully wired and ready for connection, to your preferred address three weeks after the order is placed (excluding delivery route, *subject to clarification of technical specifications). Thanks to the complete prefabrication, your assembly effort is minimised and installation is carried out quickly.
